What are the documents required for my Student Visa application?

Upon selecting the Preferred Courses, students need to provide the following documents:
1. Passport size Photo (4-6)
2. Photocopy or Scanned Passport Copy – All Pages
3. Previous Academic Record such as A-level or HSC
4. Relevant Fee

 

How much do i need to pay for Visa Processing and Application Fee?

The Fee for Application and Visa Processing is RM 2,140 (USD 650) (This is non refundable fee and payable at the time of Student Visa Application. Students need to pay in advance. Visa Approval usually takes 3 to 4 weeks. In the event of visa refusal due to any reason this fee is non-refundable)

 

How much do i need to pay in advance for the course fee? i.e Diploma in Business Administration

You need to pay full 1 year fee along with other fee mentioned on fee structure above. For example for paying the first year fee for Diploma in Business administration your First Year full Fee is RM 12000. If you pay for the semester only, you would end up paying RM 13,000 (RM 6,500 X 2 semesters). In order to avail a discount of RM 1,000 it is advisable to pay RM 12,000 in full for the first year tution fee.

Example: Diploma in Business Administration
Tution Fee = RM 12,000
Student Visa Processing Fee = RM 2,140
Total Fee Payable in Advance for One Year = RM 14,140

 

Can i get a Visa Extention after the expiry of my Student Visa?

Yes, you can get an Extension of your Student Visa based on your course duration, if your course is for 3 years, you will get an extension every year.

 

Am i allowed to work part-time during the course of my study?

Yes you are allowed to work part-time as internship.

 

Does the College take responsibility for my accommodation in Malaysia?

Yes the College takes full responsibility of your accommodation, upon request. The accomodation Fee for the Hostel is as follows:
A. Twin Sharing (Master Bedroom) @ RM 2,100 for six months (per student)
B. Twin Sharing (Standard Bedroom) @ RM 1,520 for six months (per student)
C. Single (Standard Bedroom) @ RM 2,850 for six months (per student)
